Designing for flexibility

We worked with Gore Place to create wedding materials for their event planner to use while with prospective clients. Amongst other materials, they needed a card that could be sketched on to demonstrate how the venues could be set up for their clients. We created a blank floor-plan for each of their venues, incorporated the dimensions, non-moveable items, and minimal labeling. At the bottom of the cards shows the furniture that can be used in the space along with quantities and capacity. We illustrated the furniture to scale to make it easier for their events planner to sketch out the wedding configuration on the spot for their client.
